How much is UK Delivery?
Parcels are sent out Royal Mail recorded delivery and therefore require a signature upon arrival if no one is there to sign for your order it will be left at your local delivery office. This is to ensure safe arrival of your order and to enable us to track its destination.
All postage costs are non-refundable.
Standard Delivery charge - £5.00 arrives within 2-5 working days
Scotland Delivery charge - £8.00 arrives within 3-7 working days

How will I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email.

How long do I have to return an item?
You can return any unsuitable goods to us for a full refund or exchange up to 7 days after the date of receipt.
As we offer such great saving in our sales we are unable to offer refunds on SALE items
Please first contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us that you wish to return an item.
We require; your name, order number and reason for your return.
Once you receive a confirmation message from us that your return has been accepted, re-pack the item in the same condition that it was received (items must be unworn, undamaged and in a re-sellable condition). Please be careful with garments as those marked by makeup, fake tan or other products cannot be refunded and will be returned to you.
Insert a completed delivery note (returns form) which you would have received along with your invoice/receipt. This is required so that we know which order we are refunding
When posting, be sure to obtain and keep proof of postage until we have confirmed receipt of the item.
We will not be able to refund without this in the event that your return gets lost on its way to us. We are not responsible for any items that do not come back to us. We advice all items are sent via recorded delivery as the items safe arrival to us is your responsibility until we receive it. Once we receive the item (providing it has been returned within our our terms and suitable condition) we can then issue a refund.
Please note that for hygiene reason jewellery and intimate items (where sanitary stickers are not in place) are non returnable.
I have lost my returns note?
If you have misplaced your returns form simply enclose a note which states your name, address, order number, item/s you are returning and reasons for returning.
Do you offer FREE postage on returns?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns on products that are not faulty.
If the item is faulty please send us a copy of your proof of postage including a receipt and we will refund the postage costs relating to this item only. faq questions
